Exterior Alterations   [Exterior Alteration Request Form]

It is imperative that all requests for exterior alterations requiring approval from the Homeowners Association, as specified in the Restrictive Covenants and ACC Guidelines, are submitted in writing to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) and written approval received prior to commencing any alterations. All requests should be submitted to June Harper, ACC Chairperson at 2918 Bree Hill Rd in our beautiful hometown - Oakton, VA 22124.
